BronkhorstW-101ACEM適用精準的蒸氣流運輸，壓力在真空泵到100bar中間，可混和較大總流量2g/h液態和較大總流量4ln/min載氣。
溫度控制混和設備與μ-FLOW液體流量計和載氣MFC組成應用，一同組成操縱揮發和混和（CEM）系統軟件。
